PWF is looking for applicants to fill the position of Assistant Program Manager, India.

The Assistant Program Manager will will have the following primary responsibilities:

• Project Deployments: Support the construction and installation of water filtration systems in schools and community settings.
• Training & Support: Acquire installation, operating, and maintenance knowledge of PWF’s water filtration systems and provide training and support to recipient beneficiaries.
• Sustainability: Monitor the ongoing condition of projects after deployment and define and facilitate appropriate corrective actions to assure sustainability.
• Programs: Support the organization's in-country program / project activities.

Essential requirements for this position are as follows:

• University graduate with at least 5 years of related working experience.
• Aptitude and desire to direct and be involved in mechanical and construction related work.
• Ability and desire to work and travel to project locations across India (approximately 50%) with occasional international travel.
• Complete fluency in both English as a mandatory requirement.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Computer literate including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
