Job summary

Humynlabs in Bengaluru seeks a field deployment specialist for our Physical AI project. You will fit cameras on workers, keep all cameras mounted through shifts, and ensure workers feel comfortable and respected at all times.

You will coordinate deployment of 10–15 devices, perform 30-minute checks, communicate clearly and empathetically with workers, and collaborate with site management to secure cooperation while working on site in Kannada, Hindi, and English.

Humynlabs is a Bengaluru-based startup building humanoid robots. For our physical AI project, we record first-person video of workers doing their everyday tasks and use it to train our robots. You will run the field deployment of cameras at our recording sites. This means fitting cameras on workers, keeping every camera mounted and working through the shift, and making sure workers feel comfortable and respected throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the field deployment of cameras for the Physical AI project
• Manage at least 10 to 15 cameras at the site simultaneously
• Conduct proactive deployment checks every 30 minutes to confirm that cameras are properly mounted on workers and remain in place
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with workers during camera deployment to explain its purpose and help them feel at ease
• Negotiate and use effective influencing skills to secure cooperation from workers and site management

Required Skills
