POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:
The Operations Executive is responsible for managing an assigned service area and a team of at least 15 technicians to achieve targeted SOS, productivity, quality, and timely service execution as per schedule. They must keep team skills up to date according to the 'Technical Training Structure of RPCI'.
The person will report to the Assistant Branch Manager/Branch Manager and work as part of a multi-functional team, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
SHE (Safety, Health & Environment):
Ensure safety on the job as a top priority. Know and adhere to company SHE policies, implement and monitor SRAs, PPEs, and SHE reporting. Act as a safety coordinator for the assigned service areas and technicians, knowing the use of First Aid, Fire Extinguishers, and PPEs.
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the service area operations, executing daily service with technicians within the area.
- Supervise technicians to ensure quality service as per SOPs.
- Ensure technicians perform treatments within the scheduled time and train them on route riding and on-the-job training.
- Plan and conduct Technician Performance Assessments and development programs.
- Communicate special instructions to technicians and coordinate with sales teams.
- Conduct pest management audits and follow up on non-conformities.
- Complete documentation, ensure SOP compliance, and timely invoicing.
- Handle customer complaints within 24 hours and update root causes in iCABS.
- Identify and resolve service delivery issues with the Branch Manager.
- Conduct daily and monthly operational meetings.
- Monitor Service Track Pest (STP) data and take action on high infestation visits.
- Be familiar with all in-house systems.
- Maintain material consumption, overtime, and approve conveyance expenses.
- Monitor costs and discuss actions to stay within margins.
- Conduct trials, report findings, and implement new service lines.
- Ensure minimum customer visits, including complaint resolution and customer retention.
- Assist in inventory management, stock forecasting, and material receipt.
- Promote grooming standards and encourage technicians to plan leaves.
- Address grievances and IR issues of technicians and report deviations affecting quality or productivity.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
- Conduct Service Quality Audits, Surveys, and external audits.
- Visit customers as assigned and address issues highlighted by customers.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
- Achieve SOS, technician productivity, complaint management, customer visits, retention, and other KPIs.
- Provide hands-on training for technicians and supervisors.
- Support pest awareness programs and ensure safety at sites.
CORE COMPETENCIES:
- Interpersonal, organizing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Technical knowledge of pests, treatments, pesticides, and equipment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Fluency in English and local language.
EDUCATIONAL / OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum B.Sc. in Chemistry, Zoology, or Agriculture. Experience in pest management or service industry preferred.
- Proficient in computer applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and internal systems like iCABS, STP, etc.
