Job Responsibilities
- Core Operations
- Ensure availability of qualified (trained & certified) Technicians at all times as per Technical Training Guidelines.
- Coach and train assigned technicians to improve service quality and customer retention, following Technical Training Guidelines & SOPs.
- Ensure availability of recommended materials, tools, and preparation in working condition.
- Conduct daily meetings to communicate safety and instructions to technicians.
- Ensure effective use of SCP devices, troubleshoot issues, and provide refresher training.
- Maintain up-to-date on-site service documentation and compliance with SOPs, SHE rules, ATEX, and PINK notes.
- Achieve minimum 15 customer visits per week, including surprise visits, audits, complaints, etc.
- Use approved preparations and materials as per SOPs.
- Maintain proper storage and disposal of materials and waste.
- Schedule and perform equipment maintenance periodically.
- Ensure proper entries in iCABS for operations KPIs, especially during leave or vacancies.
- Ensure treatments are performed within Standard Treatment Time and route plans are followed.
- Approve conveyance expenses for technicians.
- Promote grooming standards and safety compliance.
- Plan and execute technician performance assessments and development programs.
- Identify and resolve service delivery issues with the Branch Manager.
- Resolve customer complaints as per SOP, analyze root causes, and ensure timely closure.
- Monitor and optimize material and resource consumption.
- Ensure stock levels are adequate and materials are used efficiently.
- Drive service productivity and efficiency.
- Perform pest audits and ensure service leads are submitted timely.
- Monitor input costs and gross margins, and discuss action plans.
- Encourage technicians to plan leaves in advance to reduce absenteeism.
- Address grievances and IR issues of technicians, escalating to management when needed.
- Report deviations impacting service quality or productivity.
- Stay updated with latest SOPs, innovations, SHE, and PN updates.

- Complete 100% of PMI 'Pest Audit' as per standards.
- Meet material consumption targets.
- Complete technician development plans on schedule.
- Maintain low complaint rates and ensure technician training.
Requirements
- Good interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proactive planning and organizing abilities.
- Technical knowledge of pests, chemicals, and equipment.
- Minimum B.Sc. in Chemistry, Zoology, or Agriculture; experience in pest management preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
