Key Responsibilities

• Field & Operations Management
  • Manage day-to-day field activities at the assigned location.
  • Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed as per schedule.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and field teams for smooth operations.
  • Ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources.
• Quality Management
  • Monitor the quality of field work and ensure adherence to defined standards.
  • Identify quality issues and take timely corrective action.
  • Maintain proper records related to quality and field activities.
• Labour Management
  • Coordinate and manage labour availability and deployment.
  • Allocate work and monitor labour productivity.
  • Maintain attendance and daily labour-related records.
  • Address basic field-level labour issues and coordinate with the concerned team.
• MIS & Reporting
  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports.
  • Track field activities, manpower, productivity, and operational progress.
  • Share regular updates with the management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and field records.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in field operations, agriculture, plantation, farm management, or a related field.
• Agriculture background or relevant field experience preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage labour and field teams effectively.
