Job summary

LUX Land in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a field survey assistant to join our team. You will visit project sites, collect information, and assist in site surveys and property inspections.

You will collect land and property details, help prepare market development reports, coordinate with surveyors and vendors, and travel to various project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Visit project sites and collect required information.
• Assist in site surveys and property inspections.
• Collect and verify basic land and property details.
• Assist in preparing market development reports.
• Coordinate with surveyors and vendors for site-related activities.
• Follow up with the Survey Department and Government Offices when required.
• Assist in collecting drawings, survey documents, and other property-related records.
• Take site photographs, measurements, and maintain field records.
• Coordinate with the office team and provide regular updates on field activities.
• Travel to different project sites as required.
