Job summary

Otis SE is seeking a Field Executive - Service location Prayag Raj to join our global elevator and escalator service team in Prayagraj. The role focuses on safe maintenance of elevator and escalator units, with daily field visits within the assigned territory.

You will work to ensure continuous operation, perform routine maintenance checks, handle minor repairs, and communicate effectively with customers on-site.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in related service/maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document 100% of elevator maintenance/service visits within territory.
• Manage portfolio of elevators in defined geographic area.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, aiming for first-time fix.
• Carry out minor repairs to keep systems running smoothly.
• Liaise with on-site customers to build strong working relationships.

On a typical day you will:

• Try out 100% of the elevator maintenance and service visits of the units within your territory
• Work within your defined geographical area / territory, managing the portfolio of elevators within it
• Respond proactively and quickly to fix any breakdowns, aiming to achieve first time fix
• Carry out minor repairs to achieve continual operation
• Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship
