Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on elevators and escalators to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults within SLA timelines.
• Respond to breakdowns, emergency calls, and passenger entrapments, ensuring quick restoration of service.
• Maintain response times in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in elevators and escalators.
• Carry out repairs promptly to minimize downtime and prevent recurring failures.
• Support standby and on-call duties as required.
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company and statutory safety standards.
• Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and equipment history accurately.
• Coordinate with customers, building management, and supervisors to provide service updates and technical guidance.
• Manage tools, equipment, and spare parts required for maintenance and repairs.
• Work in rotating shifts and participate in standby/on-call duties as required.

Shift Work & Flexibility

• Ready and willing to work in a three-shift rotational schedule (Morning, Evening, and Night shifts) as per operational requirements.
• Available to work on weekends, public holidays, and during emergency callouts when required.
• Flexible to support 24/7 airport operations and equipment availability requirements.
• Willing to participate in standby and on-call duties to ensure timely response to breakdowns and service emergencies.
