Job summary

Adorableit Services is seeking Field Executives / Site Visit Coordinators to manage property site visits, client meetings, and local field surveys in and around Greater Noida.

You will guide clients through properties, answer site-specific questions, and assist in closing real estate deals while coordinating with a telecalling team for lead generation and appointment scheduling.

Qualifications

• Educational qualification: 12th Pass or Bachelor's Degree.
• 2 years of proven field sales or field operations experience (Real Estate background preferred).
• Must possess a valid Driving License and a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) for field movements.
• Good local area knowledge of Greater Noida, Noida Expressway, and Yamuna Expressway.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits with prospective buyers, presenting properties and explaining project features.
• Coordinate with the telecalling team to receive leads and manage site appointment schedules.
• Develop a deep knowledge of surrounding real estate projects, local infrastructure, and pricing trends.
• Assist clients with documentation procedures during project site visits.
• Maintain relationships with local channel partners, brokers, and property owners.
