Position: Field Service Technician (Punch/Bend) Bangalore

Experience: 5-8 years

Job Location: Bangalore

• Provide quality technical support to customers to ensure high customer satisfaction, including quick recovery from breakdowns, reliable repairs, machine availability, installation start-up, preventive maintenance, and operator training as per predefined processes.
• Represent TRUMPF professionally by being disciplined and courteous in response, communication, and documentation, emphasizing quality and speed to provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform machine root cause diagnostics for troubleshooting.
• Travel up to 100%, including regional and national travel.

Qualifications
