Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support customers in using our HW/SW products and assist with setups.
• Train customers in using tools and create demonstrations.
• Create demo and live setups with vehicles and test benches to showcase capabilities.
• Travel to customer locations as needed.
• Coordinate with USA R&D and support teams for issue resolution.

Job description

• Support to our customers in using our products and work with them for use of our products (HW and SW Products) CAN/AUTOMOTIVE Ethernet / LIN / FlexRay tools used by OEM/Vehicle Manufacturers and suppliers worldwide
• Train them in using our products and tools. Help them create setups and applications using our tools.
• Create demo setups and live setups with customer Vehicles and Test Benches to show them our Product Capabilities and Features leading to sales.
• Should be knowledgeable in Automotive Ethernet Technology.
• Some travelling to customer locations will be needed.
• Close interaction with our USA office R&D and USA office support Engineers will be needed.
• Position requires very good technical skills in Embedded or Windows side and very good communication skills.
• Position is based off Pune PCMC area. The hired Engineer will be technical expert in use of our products and technology.

Desired Candidate profile

• Effective communication in English and preferably in a local language.
• Strong Knowledge in any of In-Vehicle Networks CAN LIN Automotive Ethernet, Wireless Technologies, Broad-R Reach and higher level protocols such as UDS/ISO14229 etc.
• Experienced in using any tools for CAN Bus Monitoring, Simulation, Analysis etc.
• Knowledge in VehicleSpy Software, neoVI and other products from Intrepid is definite plus.
• Capability to learn and become expert in our products (both Software and Hardware) and technologies in a short period of time.
• Knowledge about different ECUs used in Automotive. Experience in Developing Embedded Software for Automotive ECU's is a plus.
• C, C++ Programming or Python programming knowledge and experience is plus or enjoy learning these
