Qualifications

• 4–10 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in technical support and direct customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, collaborating with R&D and Product Engineering.
• Maintain deep knowledge of electronic components to solve design-level issues for clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers in understanding field applications.
• Identify new applications and tailored product solutions for customers.
• Participate in joint customer visits, sales meetings, and demand-creation initiatives with OEMs.
• Organize and lead technical webinars, training sessions, and “Tech Days” for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, collaborating directly with R&D and Product Engineering to address customer complaints.
• Maintain deep knowledge of electronic components to solve design-level issues for clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers in understanding field applications.

Client & OEM Engagement

• Identify new applications and ongoing customer projects to recommend tailored product solutions.
• Participate in joint customer visits, sales meetings, and demand-creation initiatives with OEMs.
• Organize and lead technical webinars, training sessions, and “Tech Days” for clients.

Market Growth

• Gather customer feedback and identify market needs to uncover new product opportunities.
