Job summary

Arrow Electronics India Pvt Ltd invites applications for an Apprentice-FAE position in Bangalore. The role focuses on assisting experienced engineers, performing entry-level tasks, and communicating clearly in English.

The apprentice will gain hands-on experience with basic problem solving and real-time work in a corporate setting during the college-to-career transition. The program runs for 1 year (extendable) with a monthly stipend and benefits, including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Fresh Graduates 2026 with 60% aggregate required.
• MCA/MSc IT/BE/BTech IT/CS/Electronics streams preferred.
• Provisional degree certificate at joining if awaiting results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform basic job role functions with close supervision.
• Assist experienced employees by performing entry-level tasks.
• Communicate in a professional manner using verbal and written communications.
• Perform basic problem-solving functions.
• Monitor and report on assigned business area measurements as applicable.
• Work in real time corporate environment and adapt the transition from college to corporate world.

What We Are Looking For

• 2026 Pass out , Fresh Graduates with 60 % Aggregate.
• Technical Apprentice : MCA/MSc IT/BE/B. Tech (IT, CS ,Electronics related streams only)
• (You may also refer students who are awaiting their final semester results, provided they have no backlogs, and ensure they have their provisional degree certificate at the time of joining.)
• Apprentice Program for 1 year (Extendable subjected to program norms & conditions / Converted as Employee subject to performance & availability of roles)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Express ideas with clarity since role require regular exchange of communication.
• Demonstrate Logical and analytical thinking skills.
• Skill in prioritizing work and multi-tasking
• Committed and willingness to learn, contribute and grow.
• Process oriented and a good team player
• Good to have Knowledge on MS Office : Basic Excel & PPT is an addon advantage.
• Programming knowledge like, PL/SQL, SQL etc. ( For Technical Apprentice only )
• Programming knowledge like, C,C++,Python and A Basic understanding of micro controllers or microprocessors/Power electronics/ FPGA.
• Thorough understanding of Lab equipment like DSO and Multimeters ( For Electronic Engineering Apprentice Only )
