Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with outside plant planning and route design for fibre networks.
• Expertise in fiber and optical fiber installation, splicing, testing (OTDR, power meter) and fault isolation.
• Proven project management skills including scheduling, coordination and documentation.
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing network issues and optimizing fibre performance.
• Proficiency with GIS, CAD or similar mapping tools and knowledge of telecom safety practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to coordinate with field teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Prefer a diploma/degree in Telecommunications, Electronics or Electrical Engineering; fibre deployment experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Role Description
