Job summary

Synechron in Hyderabad is seeking a Fenergo Fen-X configuration specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join its financial services team.

You will configure Fen-X journeys, support onboarding and KYC processes, and collaborate across analysts, developers, QA, and integration teams to deliver scalable solutions in an Agile environment. The role also involves troubleshooting and production support, translating requirements into reliable configurations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on Fenergo Fen-X configuration experience.
• Strong experience in Fen-X workflow and business rule configuration.
• Experience delivering Fenergo CLM solutions.
• Good understanding of KYC, AML, due diligence & regulations processes.
• Experience working across SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required Experience

• Experience working across SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Preferred

• Fenergo/Fen-X Certification.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Exposure to Banking screening solutions, compliance systems, and onboarding integrations.
• Experience configuring regulatory workflows.
• Understanding of API-based integrations and enterprise application ecosystems.
