Exp – 2 to 4 years.

Job Location – Gurgaon.

Key Skills:

1. VC Operations and working knowledge.
2. Knowledge of VC equipment like projectors, monitors/TVs, Codecs, etc.
3. Basic knowledge of L1 support of VC equipment.
4. Experience in operation of all types of conferencing like Video, Web, etc.
5. Excellent vendor coordination and basics of budget and AMC.
6. Experience in handling all types of VIP meetings online.
7. Basic knowledge of PC and network support at L1 level.
8. Understanding of IT policies and security.
9. Experience in end-user PC support and basic knowledge of network.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. VC AMC management of the site.
2. VC task management and technical support.
3. VC hardware support and maintenance.
4. HQ and RHQ coordination for further support.
5. Daily VC room checking and verification.
6. Knox meeting and Knox connect support.
7. Coordination with network team to support Knox team.
8. VC annual PM coordination with HQ team.
9. Support in Knox meetings during VIP meetings.
10. PC Infra operations and management.
11. Procurement / Inventory / IT Asset Management / Vendor Management.
12. Software management related tasks.
13. System administration related tasks.

Technical Skills:

1. Knowledge of IT hardware and VC equipment.
