Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management professional based in India to manage user accounts on mainframe security systems such as RACF. The role involves enforcing least privilege, RBAC, conducting access reviews, and driving automation for provisioning and de-provisioning.

Collaboration with security, IT, and business stakeholders is required. Experience with AS400, MVS/ZoS, CICS, and DB2, along with strong English proficiency, will be highly valued for this role

Qualifications

• 9 years and above experience in identity and access management.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Identity and access management on mainframe security systems (RACF).
• Create, modify, and delete user accounts using Vanguard, zSecure, and PowerTech.
• Enforce access controls and RBAC.
• Conduct access reviews and audits for compliance.
• Collaborate with security, IT, and business stakeholders to define access requirements.
• Automate provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
• Maintain documentation of user accounts, access policies, and procedures.
• Investigate access-related incidents and vulnerabilities.

Role Description

Identity and access management

Create, modify, and delete user accounts on mainframe Security systems such as RACF. Using administration tools such as Vanguard, zSecure (PowerTech) to help administer security databases.

Access control: Implement and maintain security policies using RACF & Vanguard (zOS), PowerTech (AS400).

Policy enforcement: Enforce least privilege and role-based access control (RBAC).

Auditing: Conduct access reviews and audit activities to ensure compliance and proper authorization.

Collaboration: Work with other teams (e.g., security, infrastructure, IT, business stakeholders) to define and implement access requirements.

Automation: Drive automation of access provisioning and de-provisioning to streamline processes.

Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for user accounts, access management, policies, and procedures.

Incident response: Investigate and remediate access-related incidents and vulnerabilities.
