Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a software professional to contribute to Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration, development and support. You will work closely with business and engineering stakeholders to deliver scalable insurance solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, testing, and participation in design discussions, with an opportunity for mentorship and growth within a global group.

Qualifications

• Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and data model extensions.
• Hands-on config, development, and maintenance in Guidewire projects.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP and Java/J2EE integration.
• Ability to contribute to design, development, and production support activity.
• Strong collaboration and communication within teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design & architecture within a Guidewire-based project.
• Support development and delivery of configuration and rules.
• Test configurations and simple integrations to meet sprint goals.
• Participate in mentorship, code reviews, and production support operations.
• Assist in triage, deployment activities, and stakeholder communications.
