Job summary

WELTEC Institute seeks a Full Stack Developer to build modern products end-to-end using Python, FastAPI and React. You will design APIs, implement business logic, create intuitive interfaces and ship dependable features to production.

Responsibilities include building backend services, crafting front-end components, designing data models, and ensuring secure auth and scalable APIs. Collaboration in Agile ceremonies and code reviews is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong Python fundamentals and hands-on experience with FastAPI or a similar API framework.
• Professional experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of SQL databases, ORM tools, schema migrations, and API documentation.
• Understanding of async programming, error handling, logging and application security.
• Experience using Git, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to independently understand requirements and deliver production-ready solutions.
