Job summary

OSAA by Adarsh is seeking a Fashion Consultant to join our premium fashion retail team in Kolkata. You will welcome premium customers, understand their requirements and deliver personalised styling and outfit recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.

You will build strong client relationships, drive sales, and handle HNI/VIP customers with confidence and professionalism, leveraging fashion knowledge and trends.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in premium/luxury fashion retail.
• Strong communication & customer-handling skills.
• Good understanding of fashion, styling & trends.
• Experience with bridal/occasionwear/designer/premium fashion is preferred.
• Smart, well-groomed & confident personality.
• Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
