Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):

1. Customer Service:

• Greet & Assist Customers: Welcome customers with a friendly attitude and help them find what they need.


• Understand Customer Needs: Listen to customers, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable products.

2. Store Standards:

• Support Visual Merchandising: Help maintain the stores appearance by following guidelines for product displays.


• Proper Product Handling: Ensure products are handled carefully and organized correctly on the shelves.

3. Basic Operations:

• Learn Store Procedures: Follow company guidelines for tasks like stocking, housekeeping, and cashiering.


• Assist with Cashiering: When needed, help with basic cashier duties to provide smooth service.

4. Growth & Learning:

• On-the-Job Training: Take part in training sessions to improve your skills and grow within the role.
