Jabil is seeking a manufacturing quality/continuous improvement professional in Maharashtra, India to monitor line quality and efficiency. You will drive process improvements, perform root cause analysis, and optimize throughput while ensuring soldering standards meet IPC-610B specifications.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years related experience or equivalent; knowledge of Dye&Pry and PCBA cross-sections is preferred.

Monitor the quality and efficiency performance for assigned manufacturing line(s). Drive continuous improvement through process development, root cause analysis and systematic problem solving; utilize data from CIQ, TARS and other sources as appropriate.
Other duties may be assigned.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; and one to two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
