Qualifications

• Minimum 4 to 7 years of relevant industry experience in the real estate domain.
• Demonstrated subject-matter expertise with the ability to translate real-world experience into effective teaching.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills for learners.
• Collaborative mindset to work with faculty, visiting experts, and academic leadership.
• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 9 to 18 hours of teaching and activity-based sessions per week, ensuring engaging and outcomes-driven learning experiences.
• Coordinate with fellow faculty and visiting industry experts on curriculum planning and delivery.
• Identify and resolve academic and learning issues faced by enrolled students in a timely manner.
• Guide and mentor learners to support growth, development, and career readiness.
• Assist the Head of Academics in developing curriculum for new courses.
• Actively participate in, and lead where required, academic events, seminars, workshops, and conferences.
• Stay current with industry trends and bring real-world insights into the classroom.
