The candidate should have deep regulatory knowledge and a proven track record in managing audits by USFDA, MHRA, and WHO, while driving cost optimization and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to global regulatory standards including USFDA, MHRA, WHO, and GMP.
• cGMP & Quality: Implement and monitor current Good Manufacturing Practices across all manufacturing and packaging operations.
• Plant Operations Management: Lead production, maintenance, and supply chain activities for seamless plant operations.
• EHS Compliance: Establish and maintain Environment, Health & Safety practices to ensure a safe working environment.
• Audit & Inspection Handling: Lead regulatory, customer, and internal audits with a focus on zero non-compliance.
• Operational Excellence: Drive cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with R&D, QA, QC, SCM, and Engineering teams for product life-cycle management.
• Leadership & People Development: Manage a large workforce, build high-performing teams, and foster quality, safety, accountability.
