Sola Wood Flowers is hiring a Factory Manager to scale production in India.

A bit about us: we're trying to change what artificial flowers can be. Our wooden flowers are affordable, eco-friendly, and already show up in more than 6% of American weddings every year.

This is a hands‑on role based in Kolkata. You'll own day‑to‑day production across our Indian operations: output, quality, labor management, and continuous improvement. That means hitting volume and lead‑time targets, developing your supervisors, sorting out bottlenecks as they happen, and steadily improving throughput and unit economics as we grow.

• Comfort managing large teams in handcrafted, labor‑intensive settings
• A data‑driven habit when it comes to tracking and improving KPIs
