Job summary

SV Employment Service is seeking a seasoned operations leader for our Gujarat-based factory. You will oversee production, quality, dispatch, HR and admin, driving targets and cost control.

You will coordinate across production, planning, quality, dispatch and HR to ensure smooth operations and compliance with factory laws and safety norms, resolving escalated interdepartmental issues to maintain uninterrupted output.
