Position : Factory Controller: Global Production Network

Location: Pune

Overview

Your contributions to organisation's growth:

• Analyze and monitor production costs of Swiss, India and China Factories
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts to assess economic development
• Support budgeting processes and cost control initiatives
• Identify savings opportunities and efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
• Support Business to prepare Capex Budget
• Monitor and analyze project costs and budgets for internal projects
• Create rolling simulations of the business case based on available data (e.g., savings, etc.)
• Provide financial decision-making support to the project management team
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation measures (e.g., KPI-based monitoring)
• Conduct strategic controlling by evaluating the internal projects from a corporate perspective and ensuring long-term goals

Expertise you have to bring in along with;

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in financial controlling, spent in a production environment
• Experience more than 10 years
• Proficiency in SAP system and business intelligence tools is a plus
• Proficiency in English language and knowledge of German language will be an added advantage
