Site Lead

Leading daily property operations: You will manage the daily client activities for the assigned property or facility, implement building procedures and performance measures, and promote best practices to improve processes. You will also ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

Getting the clients' thumbs up: Building strong relationships with clients, proactively meeting their expectations, and serving as the main point of contact for facilities-related concerns.

Keeping an eye on contracts and the budget: Managing the site’s budget, financial operations, and coordinating with vendors to ensure compliance with procurement processes and quality standards.

Fostering teamwork and excellence: Supporting team growth through training and coaching, promoting a culture of collaboration, motivation, trust, and work ethics.

• Adept at facilities management: 8-10 years of experience in facilities management or related fields, with a solid background in contract management, budget supervision, customer service, and stakeholder engagement.
• Highly analytical and engaging: Ability to resolve complex issues through quantitative methods, excellent communication skills, and expertise in health and safety, vendor management, and property systems.
