Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring all services meet the needs of the facility.
  2. Oversee delivery of services including maintenance, workplace services, and space planning, ensuring consistency and quality.
  3. Manage relationships with service providers and ensure effective contract management and service delivery.
  4. Supervise workplace services such as janitorial, security, environmental health & safety, travel, and food services.
  5. Implement and maintain property and facility asset management programs, including preventative maintenance and SLAs.
  6. Coordinate with landlords and internal teams to respond to employee requests and resolve issues promptly.
  7. Drive continuous improvement, cost savings, and quality initiatives in facility operations.
  8. Prepare financial reports, budgets, and variance analyses related to facilities.
  9. Collect and analyze data to assess facility management performance and identify improvements.
  10. Communicate effectively with site staff and ensure alignment with corporate standards.
  11. Maintain records and drive employee relations efforts within the facility management team.
  12. Manage and report on the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) program.

Prior Experience and Skills:

  1. Four-year degree or at least 10 years of relevant facility management experience.
  2. Minimum of 5 years managing high-rise or property portfolios.
  3. Experience in construction, engineering, and property operations.
  4. Knowledge of critical systems like Data Centers, R&D labs, UPS, HVAC preferred.
  5. Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  6. Proficiency in Excel and Word.
