Responsibilities include managing shift registers for housekeeping, shift rosters for HK/Pantry/Office boys, client satisfaction, and closure of helpdesk complaints. You will also monitor property supplies, manage stock levels, and oversee supply and service contracts approved by clients.
You will participate in emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and business continuity planning, while actively addressing health and safety issues.

Client satisfaction is paramount. You will handle difficult issues, seek operational improvements, and ensure team performance aligns with KPIs and SLAs. Routine service audits, stock reports, meeting minutes, and monthly management reports are part of your responsibilities.
