Job summary

Interactive Brokers is seeking a Corporate Security Analyst to support Safety initiatives. You will monitor access control, CCTV and visitor management, produce reports, and assist with emergencies.

The role requires a background in corporate security, strong English and communication, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset. Based in Mumbai, you will join a team focused on technology, automation, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate security environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in English; MS Office experience.
• Experience with Alarm Monitoring, Access Control, CCTV, and Visitor Management systems.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Monitor IBKR’s access control system and investigate alarms.
• Produce access control reports to support investigations and policy adherence.
• Manage IBKR access badges (production, activations, deactivations, modifications, reclamations).
• Monitor CCTV by performing daily site camera tours and report safety concerns.
• Conduct CCTV reviews for security and compliance investigations.
• Handle visitor management requests and ensure protocols are followed.
• Perform daily site walkthroughs and document unusual or unsafe activity.
• Assist with emergency response to safety and security events.
• Ensure security systems are functioning and report outages or issues.
• Complete other tasks in support of IBKR Corporate Security & Safety.

The Corporate Security Analyst will work under the Head of Corporate Security & Safety and support Interactive Brokers Security and Safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor IBKR’s access control system, investigate alarms, and initiate a response when necessary.
• Produce access control reports in support of investigations and policy adherence.
• Complete IBKR access badging operations (badge production, activations, deactivations, modifications, reclamations)
• Actively monitor the CCTV system by completing daily tours of site cameras, report observed safety and security concerns.
• Conduct CCTV reviews in support of security and compliance investigations.
• Complete visitor management requests and ensure adherence to visitor management protocols.
• Complete daily site walkthroughs. Observe, report, and document all unusual/unsafe activity, and take appropriate action as required.
• Assist with emergency response to safety and security events.
• Ensure all security systems are properly functioning and report any system outages and/or technological issues.
• Complete other tasks as assigned in support of IBKR Corporate Security & Safety
