The Facilitator is a part-time or work for hire, on-site role based in Mysuru, responsible for coordinating and guiding employee volunteering activities. This role involves planning and organizing volunteering sessions, preparing materials, and ensuring logistics run smoothly at project locations. The Facilitator will brief participants, lead group discussions, and support volunteers throughout the activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment. They will collect feedback, document outcomes, and work with internal teams and partner organizations to improve future initiatives.
