What Youll Do
- Plan, build, and scale Facebook ad campaigns focused on lead generation (not e-commerce).
- Write compelling ad copy, guide creative direction, and test variations to improve performance.
- Collaborate on landing page strategies and funnel optimization to maximize conversion rates.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audiences across multiple campaigns.
- Implement and monitor advanced tracking setups (pixels, UTMs, Voluum, RedTrack, Binom, etc.) for accurate attribution.
- Analyze campaign data daily and translate insights into actionable strategies for higher lead quality and ROI.
- Stay updated on Facebook policies, affiliate marketing trends, and regional compliance requirements.
- Mentor and support junior buyers with campaign setup, copywriting best practices, and reporting.
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience running Facebook Ads for lead generation campaigns.
- Strong ability to write and test ad copy that converts across global markets (US, UK, Australia, etc.).
- Demonstrated success scaling campaigns while maintaining profitability.
- Expertise in campaign tracking tools (Voluum, RedTrack, Binom, etc.).
- Deep understanding of audience targeting, bidding models, and funnel optimization.
- Creative and analytical mindset comfortable testing ideas and making data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with funnel-building/automation tools (ClickFunnels, Mailchimp, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong communication and reporting skills with leadership qualities.
