Enrich & Enlight is an Executive Search Consulting company, specializing in Top Management positions for selected clientele. We have been retained by an ITES Company in Chennai, and we are currently looking for an AVP- F&A operations for them.

The ideal candidate will oversee daily business and administrative operations, improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily business and administrative operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency
  • Assessing and enhancing the efficiency of internal and external operational processes
  • Leading and motivating staff to achieve organizational objectives
  • Overseeing the recruitment process to attract the best candidates and reduce employee turnover
  • Mentoring and inspiring employees to key into the vision of management
  • Establishing policies that improve and promote account vision and culture
  • Evaluating company performance and recommending strategies to improve results
  • Collaborating with management and other stakeholders to raise capital and carry out other business-expanding strategies
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or industry-relevant equivalent

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for senior delivery managers who have managed a minimum of 2500 FTEs or at least 1500 FTEs. Preferable qualifications include Accounting & Finance - B.Com/ M.Com, ICWA, CA, MBA.
