Job summary

Haleon is seeking a senior finance professional to lead and optimise controllership and IFRS reporting across a fast-paced, global consumer-theft organization. You will manage and maintain financial reporting to support strategic business decisions, partnering with cross-country teams.

The role demands extensive experience in Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting and PEC, with a focus on process improvement and strong cross-functional collaboration within a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• MBA or professional accounting qualification preferred.
• 10–13 years of experience in Fixed Assets & IFRS processes.
• Experience in Lease Accounting and Financial Controllership.
• Experience with PEC process; familiarity with Bison, SAP, Cadency.

Close and control (C&C) Finance team is a high professional, high performing Global team, responsible for managing and maintain financial reporting to support business decisions.
