Job summary

Capgemini in Pune is seeking a Python + GenAI Engineer to develop Generative AI applications, optimize RAG pipelines, and deploy AI features in enterprise software. You will design prompts, fine-tune models with LoRA/QLoRA, and build REST APIs integrated with cloud services.

You will work with frameworks like LangChain and Hugging Face, manage embeddings and vector stores, and ensure responsible AI and data governance across projects.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and OO programming with API design.
• Strong grasp of data structures and algorithms with problem solving.
• Hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and embeddings.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of vector databases and retrieval architectures.
• Proficient in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras; familiar with Docker and CI/CD.
• Experience on cloud platforms and AI governance / data privacy practices.
