Job summary

Capgemini seeks a skilled AI developer to build and optimize generative AI applications, including RAG pipelines and embeddings. You will design prompts, fine-tune models with LoRA/QLoRA, and integrate AI features into enterprise systems.

The role covers REST API development, cloud deployment, and responsible AI governance. Candidate should have strong Python, OOP, APIs, and software engineering practices, plus hands-on experience with LLMs, LangChain, and PyTorch/TensorFlow.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python, APIs, debugging and software development best practices.
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and problem solving.
• Hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, and embeddings.
• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph/LlamaIndex and Hugging Face ecosystems.
• Knowledge of vector databases, semantic/hybrid search, and retrieval architectures.
• Experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow/Keras; familiar with Docker, Git, and CI/CD.
• Understanding of AI governance, data privacy and Responsible AI principles.
