Job summary

Hilton seeks a Food & Beverage Controller to manage cost controls and financial performance within the Food & Beverage division. The role focuses on delivering accurate reports, guiding budgetary decisions, and supporting leadership with actionable insights to improve profitability.

You will partner with hotel finance and F&B teams to ensure financial accuracy, drive efficiency, and align operations with strategic goals across the property.

• Support department initiatives: Assist the Finance Lead with special projects that contribute to the overall success of the department
