Our objective is to assist clients in transforming and optimizing their supply chain operations through data-driven insights and analytics. The role involves executing specialist tasks, contributing to project delivery, and advising stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.

The opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with experience in end-to-end supply chain knowledge to join our Supply Chain & Operations consulting team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in analytics and visualization tools like Alteryx, Power BI, Python, and a strong understanding of supply chain operating models, supplier management, and contract management practices followed in leading industries.

Key responsibilities

• As a Senior consultant, you will be part of a team of professionals with extensive Supply Chain consulting and industry experience.
• Assist in the delivery of supply chain transformation projects across planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Apply analytics tools and techniques to assess supply chain performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies using frameworks and digital tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, conduct analysis, and present findings.
• Participate in client workshops, interviews, and alignment sessions to understand business objectives and challenges.
• Document and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes in accordance with EY’s standards.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and capability building within the Supply Chain & Operations team.

Skills and attributes for success

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in supply chain consulting, analytics, or operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, SQL, Python) and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
