Job Role Summary

Job Role Responsibilities
  1. eMERGE/E&PS (Environmental & Property Solutions) IWMS (Integrated Workspace Management Systems) tool management, tool processing, troubleshooting & resolution.
  2. Evaluate eMERGE security access, assets, site, building and space uses through the use of database and graphical queries and provide decision support information to review, research and make appropriate recommendations.
  3. Monitoring of the eMERGE skill center mailbox, communication with sites as required.
  4. Act as COE (Centre Of Excellence) to provide advice to E&PS site staff and general base users.
  5. Actively work on special projects and perform other duties to support the planning function as assigned, involve and participate in new projects being developed for E&PS.
  6. Create, coordinate and facilitate business processes for maintaining accurate security access, user profiles and space information.
  7. Send out global communication for the system updates as needed.
Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent from a recognized university with CGPA 7.0 and above.
  2. Minimum 1 year of work experience in IT related applications.
  3. Possess technical understanding of IWMS or any other IT management tool.
  4. Understanding of strategy & commercial requirements.
  5. Understanding of business processes related to Facility Operations and Maintenance activities.
  6. Possess good problem solving and analytical skills.
  7. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  8. Act as a team player with adaptability & responsive in nature.
Key Skills
  1. Microsoft Office suite, advanced Excel.
  2. IBM Tririga or any IWMS tool or IT management tools.
