Job summary

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank is seeking an Assistant Acquisition Manager in the Branch Banking department. The role focuses on acquiring liabilities from open market, assisting CRS with unsecured loans, and cross-selling products to existing customers.

The incumbent will train customers to use ATMs and alternate channels, maintain prospect databases, and drive liabilities growth through various channels and relationships.

Qualifications

• Meet liabilities targets via open market acquisition and existing customer conversion.
• Identify customers meeting criteria for liability products via leads/referrals/alternate channels.
• Maintain database of prospects and nurture relationships.
• Accompany CRS-Unsecured loans on field to drive conversion of borrowers to liabilities.
• Cross-sell secured loan products and pass quality leads to loan officers.
• Share customer insights and product feedback with Sales Manager – Liabilities.

• ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE
  

The incumbent will be primarily responsible to -

• Acquire new customers for liabilities from open market
• Assist the CRS - unsecured loans for conversion of existing borrowing customers for liabilities
• Enhance the relationship with the existing customers by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the customers
• Train/assist customers to use ATM and BCs; drive usage of alternate channels

Business

• Meet the set targets on liabilities in terms of open market acquisition & existing customer conversion
• Understand need and acquire customers who meet the criteria for liability products through either of the below channels:
• Leads generated by branch staff and personal leads
• Referrals generated from existing customers
• Alternate channels
• Maintain the database of the prospects, meet select prospects and manage the relationship thereafter
• Accompany CRS-Unsecured loans on the field for actively driving conversion of existing borrowing customers into liabilities customer
• Cross sell other secured loan products of Ujjivan and pass quality leads to respective loan officers
• Share customer insights/product related feedback with the Sales Manager - Liabilities
