Job summary

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank is seeking an Assistant Acquisition Manager for the Branch Banking team. Based at the branch, you will be responsible for acquiring liabilities customers from open market, assisting with CRS-unsecured loan conversions, and cross-selling banking products to existing customers.

You will also train customers to use ATMs and BCs to drive channel usage. The role emphasizes achieving branch targets, managing customer relationships, and partnering with the Branch Sales

Responsibilities

• Meet targets on liabilities through open market acquisition and conversion of existing customers
• Identify customers meeting liability product criteria via branch staff leads, referrals, and alternate channels
• Maintain and update the prospects database and manage relationships
• Support CRS-Unsecured loans on the field to drive conversion of existing borrowers
• Cross-sell other secured loan products and pass quality leads to loan officers
• Share customer insights and product feedback with the Sales Manager - Liabilities
• Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner

• ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE
  

The incumbent will be primarily responsible to -

• Acquire new customers for liabilities from open market
• Assist the CRS - unsecured loans for conversion of existing borrowing customers for liabilities
• Enhance the relationship with the existing customers by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the customers
• Train/assist customers to use ATM and BCs; drive usage of alternate channels

Business

• Meet the set targets on liabilities in terms of open market acquisition & existing customer conversion
• Understand need and acquire customers who meet the criteria for liability products through either of the below channels:
• Leads generated by branch staff and personal leads
• Referrals generated from existing customers
• Alternate channels
• Maintain the database of the prospects, meet select prospects and manage the relationship thereafter
• Accompany CRS-Unsecured loans on the field for actively driving conversion of existing borrowing customers into liabilities customer
• Cross sell other secured loan products of Ujjivan and pass quality leads to respective loan officers
• Share customer insights/product related feedback with the Sales Manager - Liabilities
