Job summary

Guideline Inc is seeking an Export Executive for the pharmaceutical sector in Navi Mumbai. The role requires 2–4 years of hands-on experience in export documentation and compliance, coordinating with CHA, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely shipments and regulatory adherence.

Candidate should be proficient in MS Office and possess strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to manage LC terms and DGFT licensing processes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in export documentation and pharma exports.
• Good knowledge of export procedures and documentation.
• Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Handle pre & post-shipment export documentation and customs clearance.
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, COA, shipping bills, Bill of Lading and other export documents.
• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, transporters, marketing & dispatch teams.
• Obtain and negotiate freight rates with forwarders.
• Check LC drafts and prepare documents as per LC terms.
• Coordinate timely shipment and customs filing.
• Handle DGFT documentation and export licences.

Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Salary: 3 to 5 LPA
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / B.Sc / M.Sc / MBA
Industry: Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle pre & post-shipment export documentation and customs clearance.
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, COA, shipping bills, Bill of Lading and other export documents.
• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, transporters, marketing & dispatch teams.
• Obtain and negotiate freight rates with forwarders.
