We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong background in finance operations, specifically in the manufacturing and export sectors. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting financial objectives, audits, reporting, and compliance across international operations.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Finance Support:

• Drive achievement of corporate financial targets related to export business sales, profitability, working capital, cash flow, and compliance.
• Assist in developing and implementing pricing models and export market expansion plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, logistics, and plants) to streamline financial processes and resolve operational issues.

Audit Coordination:

• Assist in internal and statutory audit processes, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to SOPs and compliance norms.

Monthly MIS & Reporting:

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, providing insights on revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Deliver variance analysis against budgets and forecasted figures.

Group Financials & Ledger Management:

• Consolidate financials for overseas subsidiaries and branches.
• Manage general ledger reconciliation and support statutory audit activities.
