Role – Customer Service International Voice Inbound (US Process)
Process – Telecom Verizon Wireless/Connect US Process
Required Candidate Profile:
Minimum 1 year of International BPO Customer Service experience in International Voice Inbound (US Process).
Other Details:
Qualification – HSC + 1 year of International BPO Customer Service experience in International Voice Inbound (US Process).
Work Mode – WFO
Days of Working – 5 days working
Days Off – 2 Rotational Week Offs
U.S Night Shift
Work Timings – 9 hours shift between the shift window (6:30pm to 10:30am)
Both side Cabs will be provided.
Location – Hyderabad
Salary Details:
12 months to 17 months US Customer Service Experience – up to Rs.25,700 per month
18 months to 23 months US Customer Service Experience – up to Rs.27,700 per month
24+ months US Customer Service Experience – up to Rs.29,400 per month
