Job summary

Ethos is seeking a RevOps manager to own and refine procedures for AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will manage field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets, ensuring high-quality CRM data and actionable dashboards for sales and marketing leadership.

This fully remote, part-time role offers flexible scheduling (5–20 hours per week) with ASAP start. Strong written communication and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced revops managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for revops managers with 5+ years in revenue operations, GTM operations, or CRM data operations to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: crm field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic documents, territory carve models, pipeline hygiene audits, funnel conversion dashboards, and deduplication rulesets.

Compensation: $100/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP
