Job summary

Nabla is seeking a seasoned Data & BI Engineer with 7-9 years of experience to design, develop, and optimize scalable data solutions. The role focuses on SQL Server databases, ETL pipelines with Azure Data Factory, and Power BI reporting to enable data-driven decisions.

You will build data warehouses, dimensional models, and robust BI dashboards while collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring data quality. Strong SQL and cloud data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience in data engineering, warehousing, and BI.
• Strong hands-on with SQL Server, ADF, Power BI, and ADLS Gen2.
• Experience designing ETL pipelines and data models.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, procedures, views, and ETL processes.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
• Build enterprise data warehouse and dimensional models.
• Develop Power BI datasets, reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Monitor and optimize data pipelines and BI refresh processes.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data & BI Engineer (7-9 years) with strong expertise in SQL Server, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Power BI. The role involves designing and developing scalable data solutions, building ETL pipelines, writing complex sql queries, optimizing databases, and delivering business intelligence solutions that drive data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, functions, and ETL processes.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
• Optimize query performance, indexing, partitioning, and data processing workloads.
• Build and support enterprise Data Warehouse and dimensional data models.
• Develop Power BI datasets, reports, dashboards, and KPIs using DAX and Power Query.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ADF pipelines, SQL jobs, and Power BI refreshes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
• Participate in code reviews, deployment activities, and DevOps processes.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience across Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • SQL Server
  • Azure Data Factory (ADF)
  • Power BI
  • Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2

Preferred Hands-on Skills
