Ciklum is seeking a Senior Agentic Engineer to design, build, and scale autonomous AI systems that reason, plan, and act across complex workflows. You will work at the intersection of LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and real-world integration to move from prompt-based systems to goal-driven agents.

The role focuses on end-to-end GenAI applications, integrating with enterprise systems and driving scalable AI solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel).
• Experience building agent-based systems / autonomous workflows.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, tool calling, and memory management in AI agents.
• Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures is a plus.

Responsibilities

About the role:

As a Senior Agentic Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

We are looking for a Senior Agentic Engineer to design, build, and scale intelligent autonomous systems powered by Agentic AI architectures. You will work at the intersection of LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and real-world system integration, enabling AI agents to reason, plan, and act independently across complex workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who has hands‑on experience building end‑to‑end GenAI applications and is passionate about moving from prompt‑based systems to goal‑driven autonomous agents.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Agentic AI systems using LLMs with planning, memory, and tool‑use capabilities
• Build multi‑agent workflows for decision‑making, automation, and orchestration

Requirements:

  • Prompt engineering & chaining
  • Tool calling & function orchestration
  • Memory management in AI agents

AI/ML & Data:

• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.)
• Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) architectures
• Exposure to fine‑tuning / embeddings / model evaluation techniques

Cloud & Systems:

• Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
• Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
• Experience deploying AI applications using Docker, Kubernetes

Desirable:

• Experience with multi‑agent collaboration frameworks
• Knowledge of AgentOps / LLMOps practices
• Exposure to Autonomous AI tools like AutoGPT, CrewAI, or similar
• Understanding of AI safety, governance, and ethical AI principles
• Frontend exposure (React / Streamlit) for building AI interfaces
