Sikich India seeks an Assurance Experienced Associate with 1-3 years of experience. The role focuses on US GAAP general accounting and financial statement review, servicing multiple client engagements, and timely issue identification.

You will work with US-based audit leads and help ensure accurate client reports. Ideal candidates hold B.Com/M.Com or be semi-qualified CA; familiarity with QuickBooks and MS Office is required, and strong communication is essential.

Requirements for Successful Candidate

• B.Com, M.Com, Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant with relevant experience. CA/CPA is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Organizational skills to provide client reports within scheduled time frames
• Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and other US accounting systems
• Proficiency in intermediate Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Strong interpersonal and exceptional communication skills
• Possesses a combination of both problem-solving and innovation skills to attend to several technical production challenges
