Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic and passionate freshers eager to kick-start their careers in the overseas education industry! As an Admission Counselor (Inside Sales), you will guide students throughout their study abroad journey — from initial inquiry to successful application submission.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make 200–300 outbound calls daily to prospective students and parents.

Counsel students about opportunities to study abroad (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.).

Assist students throughout the admission process, including:

University shortlisting

Application submission

Document verification

Regular follow-ups with students and institutions

Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.

Maintain accurate records of daily calls, leads, and conversions.

Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (counseling, processing, visa).

Provide excellent customer service and build strong student relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable with a high call volume and target-driven roles.

Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Passionate about student counseling and career guidance.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
